This agreement is entered into effect on the date signed below between RBI Cages, LLC dba Full Count Ahwatukee (hereinafter referred to as the “Full Count Ahwatukee”) and the member named below. The parties hereby agree as follows:
Monthly Membership Fee $139
Member to provide Full Count Ahwatukee with a credit card, which will be charged every month on the day the membership becomes active. If the credit card becomes invalid or declines in subsequent charges, the Member agrees to provide a new credit card within 24 hours of the decline, otherwise the membership agreement will be terminated.
The Membership shall begin on the date the first payment is received and is month-to-month. The Member may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee, however, any fees paid for the current month will not be refunded. The Member will have access to the benefits of the membership until the end of the agreement. Full Count Ahwatukee may cancel this agreement at any time for any reason. YOU MAY NOT USE THE CAGES FOR TEAMS, RESELL, OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES. THE MEMBERSHIP IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION WITHOUT REFUND IF THE MEMBERSHIP IS USED FOR THESE PURPOSES.
During the membership term, members shall be provided unlimited cage rental time in 30 minute increments as long as there is availability during hours of operation, with 8 sessions available to be reserved online. The member must be present at the cage for the entire usage time. Reservations may be made in advance, either online or by phone. HitTrax and other add-ons are not included in the membership, but may be added to that session at an additional cost.
Hours of Operation: The facility will be open on the following hours (subject to change):
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday – 4 pm to 9 pm
Wednesday – 3 pm to 9 pm
Saturday and Sunday – 10 am to 7 pm
The facility will be closed for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. In case of inclement weather, the facility may be closed.
Batting helmets must be used at all times when in batting lanes with machine or live pitching. The equipment must be used in careful and proper manner. All members and users must abide by the rules as posted at the facility. Failure to abide by the rules may result in removal from the property and termination of this agreement. All participants must sign the liability waiver prior to use of the facilities.
